Creating space for what you want in life

As we grieve the loss of who we were, we can realize more about who we are to become.

Everything is changing, and often it’s hard to let go of who we have been, even if we know we’ve outgrown that version of ourselves.

Letting ourselves grow and expand also requires the ability to trust that what we want is available and on its way.

However, we regularly push these things away because we feel worried they won’t show up, we get caught up in how it’s all going to work, and we might even feel guilty or secretly ashamed to admit we want big things for ourselves.

Hooking into these feelings is what keeps our manifestations at arm’s length — what you desire can’t come to you if there’s no space for it to go.

That space is created through open emotional availability, that is to say there’s no contradicting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about getting what you want.

Think for a moment about your biggest dreams and desires.
