How Self-Reflection Bears Non-Judgmental Neutrality

Nothing is “good” or “bad”, it simply “is”.

Can we please stop judging other people’s energy as good or bad and simply recognize it’s different from ours? Not everyone’s energy is going to compliment yours, and that’s ok.

It doesn’t mean they’re “bad” if their energy is on a low vibration. Let’s just agree to call it what it is — a different vibration than ours that happens to be lower. NBD.

The labels of “good” and “bad” are subjective anyways, as something that may be good for you isn’t good for someone else.

Even when asking Spirit, don’t ask “is this good for me”, with the reason being it might be really “good” for you to learn a valuable lesson the hard way.

Right now everyone is so caught up in their personal drama with raw emotions being triggered left, right, and center, that they can’t discern fact from fiction. This inability to see the truth of what’s happening clouds the ability to think clearly, with a solution based mindset.

Instead, people base their decisions on an illusory, emotional memory rooted in a traumatic situation from the past. Yes, I say “traumatic” because as humans, we can’t escape it. We all experience it in varying degrees, with some events causing more damage and longer…
