5 Tips to Overcome Upgrade Burnout.

Ok, so we are in the midst of an almighty transformation. We’ve talked about all the upgrades and downloads we’ve been receiving, and with the planetary debauchery at an all time high, our bodies might feel like all the circuits have been blown.

The ah-ha moments, the connected dots, new awareness, the synchronicities — it’s all showing us what’s left to be done to move forward. Massive healing from old wounds can happen from the awareness of the patterns and emotions coming up. Deep hurts are being re-exposed for us to reconcile and integrate.

Cancer season is leaving us with an array of emotions to sort through, and a lot of it is stuff we thought we were through with. But the universe is smacking some of us across the face with “THIS IS WHY YOU’RE STUCK! FIX IT!” moments so we can very clearly see the signer signs we asked for. Things are obvious now.

It might feel like there’s no end (there is, tho it’s a ways out), and if all this illumination has been taking its toll on you, here are 5 tips to handle it.

  1. Ground

It’s indisputable that when we’re feeling fried, grounding helps recalibrate the energy system. Especially when we feel all “up in the clouds” doing this work — lightness is great — but don’t forget you’re having a human experience…
